Your Bar. Your Spirits. Our Expertise. Apourthecary operates as a dry-hire bar experience. You provide the alcohol, while we bring the expertise, presentation and details that transform it into an unforgettable bar experience. We handle the bar set up, professional bartending, mixers, garnishes, curated cocktail menus, and finishing touches, allowing you to enjoy a beautifully executed bar without the traditional full-service markup.

We believe that great events deserve more than standard bar service. Apourthecary is part bar, part experience, and completely customized to you. From the moment we arrive to the last perfectly poured drink, we’re committed to creating moments your guests will remember and talk about long after the celebration ends.
